We offer payment plans to make our care very affordable without causing undo stress on you while you are trying to heal and recover.
If you are undergoing financial hardship, call our office–we can help!
You do not need to have insurance to receive care. Even if you have insurance, you may find our private pay plans a more convenient and flexible option.
Insurance companies often require authorization for you to receive YOUR benefits. They also may tell you how many times you can or cannot receive treatment, and may limit what types of treatment you receive. At Mission Physical Therapy, we believe that you, your doctor, and your therapist know what's best for you–NOT your insurance company.
So, for your convenience, we accept cash, check, or credit card. Stop in to visit or call us to find out which package would best meet your needs.
Our mission is YOU. What is YOUR mission?
We accept most insurances and have private pay options for those who do not have insurance or want to avoid the hassle of working with their insurance company. \
The complexity of your condition is what determines how much your care will cost. If you have a simple condition such as a muscle strain or tendonitis, it can be as low as $67 for a private pay session. If you have a serious or complex condition, it may cost more.
Q: Do you accept my insurance plan?
We work with most insurance plans. Just call or email our office to find out if we accept yours.
Q: Why don't you accept all plans?
We don't participate with plans that demand we adjust our prices too low. We believe in high quality care. After all, it's your health and body we are talking about. We will make it affordable for anyone, but we won't lower the quality of your care.
Q: What if you do not accept my plan?
You can still come to us and get reimbursed by your insurance. We will give you all the necessary information/forms required for you to submit for reimbursement. Or, if you find it more convenient, we will accept the insurance out-of-network payment.
